Students of the International Graduate Program in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (IEECS) who have completed the required coursework and fulfilled the Ph.D. qualifying examination requirements may apply for Ph.D. Candidacy.

Please submit the following documents by the deadline:

• Ph.D. Candidacy Application Form
• Academic Transcript
• Qualifying Examination Certificate(s)
• Qualifying Examination Exemption Certificate / Approval, if applicable

Please make sure that the application form is completed and signed by your advisor before submission.
